What you will do

• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and product managers to align documentation with product requirements.
• Conduct documentation scoping, analysis, and verification to ensure content is accurate and fit for purpose.
• Actively engage stakeholders for feedback and reviews to maintain high documentation standards.
• Continuously evaluate and improve documentation practices, tools, and templates to enhance readability and user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content development, or software documentation.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as MS Word and Confluence.
• Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and grammar.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict release timelines.
• Experience within a technology, healthcare, or clinical diagnostics environment.
