Salary: $124,500 – $186,500 (based on location)

What you will do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack solutions with a high focus on velocity.
• Extensively leverage AI coding assistants and modern tooling to accelerate development.
• Conduct rapid product experiments and gather real-world feedback from end-users.
• Take extreme ownership of projects from initial concept through to final launch.
• Build AI-native products from scratch and integrate AI capabilities into existing ecosystems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer building modern, scalable applications.
• Required stack: TypeScript and Python.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).
• Demonstrated history of rapid development and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Experience running A/B tests, prototypes, or user experiments.
• Ability to self-direct and thrive in highly ambiguous, unstructured settings.
