Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer building scalable applications.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate with autonomy in highly ambiguous and unstructured environments.
• Customer-centric approach with experience in A/B testing or rapid user experimentation.
