What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects or defined workstreams, including cloud migrations and product/integration initiatives.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables; ensure alignment and documentation across stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and dependencies using standard PMO tools and methods.
• Coordinate daily activities across cross-functional teams to drive execution and resolve delivery blockers.
• Track and report project performance; surface risks or variances with recommended actions.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience managing IT and software development projects, including cloud-based initiatives.
• 1 to 3 years of project or team lead experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional project teams and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey status, risks, and issues.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering projects involving cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), such as application migration, re-platforming, or SaaS integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, or scaled frameworks).
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in support of cloud delivery.
• Industry experience in highly regulated or mission-critical environments (e.g., gaming, lottery, financial services, telco) is an asset.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master (PSM/CSM) are a plus but not required.
