Salary: £81,600 to £96,000 to £110,400 GBP

• Embed with enterprise clients to map out workflows and define clear success metrics.
• Design, prototype, and productionize custom AI workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations that slot into complex client environments using hirify.global APIs and the broader modern stack.
• Work directly with client technical teams to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize deployments in real-time.
• Translate experimental R&D into stable, production-grade code.
• Surface recurring patterns from the field that sharpen our product roadmap and inform how we build.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack fundamentals and deep comfort with RESTful APIs and systems integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deploy production applications.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications.
• Experience working directly with clients or customers: scoping ambiguous problems, communicating trade-offs, and iterating based on real-world feedback.
• A genuine curiosity about AI and how it applies to the legal industry.
