Salary: £55,000–£85,000 + 15% bonus + 9% flex pay.

What you will do

• Drive the architectural vision for core features and contribute to the technical roadmap.
• Build and optimize scalable microservices-based architectures using Node.js, Python, and TypeScript.
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver AI solutions within mobile applications.
• Champion engineering best practices including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.
• Manage project execution using Agile frameworks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

Requirements

• Significant professional experience in software development within an Agile environment.
• Expertise in building scalable microservices using Node.js, Python, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with GCP or AWS cloud platforms, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React or React Native.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor other engineers.
• Must have the right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available.
