AI Solutions Engineer (Fintech): Designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI/ML systems within a regulated financial environment with an accent on generative AI integration, scalable architecture, and compliance. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London (Hybrid: minimum 40% in office)

What you will do

  • Architect and deliver AI/ML solutions using cloud-native platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Implement generative AI applications to optimize document processing and business workflows.
  • Develop and monitor end-to-end ML pipelines using MLflow, Vertex AI, and Apache Beam.
  • Create reusable enterprise patterns for scalable AI adoption.
  • Ensure AI systems meet strict regulatory governance, compliance, and explainability standards.
  • Drive automation through Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience architecting AI/ML solutions in cloud environments.
  • Expertise in generative AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) and ML orchestration tools.
  • Strong programming proficiency in Python and containerization technologies like Docker.
  • Understanding of data engineering principles including streaming and batch processing.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and risk management in regulated industries.
  • Ability to act as a technical leader and mentor for junior engineering staff.
