What you will do

• Translate product strategy and Features into clear, testable User Stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the Agile team backlog to maximize delivered business value.
• Lead requirements elaboration for complex products or cross-team initiatives within a Product Line.
• Collaborate with Architects and Engineering to validate feasibility, sequencing, dependencies, and technical enablers.
• Ensure requirements are captured, traceable, and maintained within Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.
• Provide visibility into progress through metrics, KPIs, and release readiness tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role for mid-level positions or 6+ years of experience leading complex product or cross-team initiatives within Agile technology environments for senior-level positions.
• Demonstrated experience defining and managing product requirements across the full lifecycle from concept through release.
• Proven expertise in backlog ownership, prioritization, and User Story development within Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in collaborating with distributed engineering teams, Architects, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills.
