Media Scheduler (Brands, Marketing and Audiences): Planning and scheduling hirify.global promotions across TV, radio, and iPlayer/online platforms with an accent on reaching the right audience at the right time with the right message. Focus on ensuring schedules are editorially sound, meet transmission requirements, and effectively use audience data for audience-focused promotions.

Location: Salford. Hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 remote)

Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.

What you will do

  • Manage the scheduling and placement of promotional media on hirify.global inventory.
  • Ensure all inventory reaches the right audiences at the right time.
  • Create and implement an inventory laydown plan with platform leads and marketing teams.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of hirify.global media inventory.
  • Identify cross-promotion opportunities across hirify.global services and events.
  • Manage unavoidable late changes to campaigns and schedules.

Requirements

  • Broadcast experience in media planning within a broadcasting company, advertising, media, or research agency.
  • Experience dealing with colleagues and building working relationships.
  • Knowledge of audience data and ability to analyse and apply media research.
  • Experience analysing and interpreting data.
  • Ability to analyse viewing data and write reports.
  • Knowledge of broadcast audience scheduling and evaluation systems.
