What you will do
- Manage and optimise daily programmatic campaign activity to meet client KPIs.
- Create media plans and programmatic strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Engage in client servicing including regular communication and performance reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media owners and service providers.
- Support and help develop junior team members through workload management and training.
- Ensure operational excellence including financial accuracy, QA processes, and use of programmatic tools.
Requirements
- Passion for programmatic activation and campaign excellence.
- Experience with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to handle large data sets and extract insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Ability to develop and execute testing roadmaps in programmatic media.
- Effective communication across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
