What you will do

• Concept and execute creative work across campaigns, brand identities, and marketing materials using AI-augmented workflows.
• Produce and deliver motion graphics and video content across various formats.
• Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and translate that into creative work.
• Own projects from concept through completion, managing timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and channel specialists to develop cohesive creative outcomes.
• Integrate AI-powered tools into the creative process and help define how the team adopts AI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with a portfolio demonstrating design, conceptual capabilities, brand storytelling, and motion graphics or video work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong conceptual thinker who can move fluidly between static design, motion, and video.
• Ability to present creative work clearly and tie design decisions back to client business objectives.
• Genuine curiosity and familiarity with AI creative tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
