Salary: $53,000.00 - $90,400.00

What you will do

• Create standout, high‑impact visual assets, including campaigns, social content, and digital ads.
• Bring the hirify.global brand to life, partnering closely with the Digital & Content team.
• Transform marketing briefs into compelling visual stories that connect with B2B and B2B2C audiences.
• Shape the future of our visual identity, contributing fresh ideas that keep our brand modern and inspiring.
• Collaborate across GTM and Product teams to elevate messaging and boost performance with strategic design.
• Help organize digital assets and maintain shared design tools.

Requirements

• A versatile visual storyteller with exceptional layout, typography, and color skills.
• 2–4 years of experience in a creative or design role, agency or in-house.
• Portfolio demonstrating a breadth of work across digital, print, and marketing design.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

• Basic video editing or motion design (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects).
