Location: Remote within the United States, based in Holmdel, New Jersey

Salary: $55,000–$60,000

What you will do

  • Complete training to build expertise in hirify.global Talent Cloud products and the Talent Acquisition industry.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand customer business objectives and challenges.
  • Use Gainsight and analytics to monitor customer adoption and account health.
  • Support business review processes with relevant account data.
  • Assist customers with product questions, best practices, and training resources.
  • Prioritize customer projects to meet SLAs and keep internal teams informed.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States
  • 2 years experience in customer-facing roles or talent acquisition/human resources.
  • Passion for solving business issues with technology solutions.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to build strategic customer plans.
  • Experience managing relationships with multiple customer personas.
  • Strong prioritization and collaboration skills.
