What you will do
- Complete training to build expertise in hirify.global Talent Cloud products and the Talent Acquisition industry.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand customer business objectives and challenges.
- Use Gainsight and analytics to monitor customer adoption and account health.
- Support business review processes with relevant account data.
- Assist customers with product questions, best practices, and training resources.
- Prioritize customer projects to meet SLAs and keep internal teams informed.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- 2 years experience in customer-facing roles or talent acquisition/human resources.
- Passion for solving business issues with technology solutions.
- Ability to use data and analytics to build strategic customer plans.
- Experience managing relationships with multiple customer personas.
- Strong prioritization and collaboration skills.
