TL;DR

Platform Owner, ServiceNow (Data Center): Own all ServiceNow platform decisions related to Data Center Operations, focusing on operational workflows design, governance, prioritization, and evolution. Focus on governed, scalable, and reliable operational workflows, a clearly prioritized enhancement roadmap, and a trusted ServiceNow platform.

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

What you will do

  • Act as the end‑to‑end Product Owner for ServiceNow operational capabilities supporting Data Center Operations.
  • Own the vision, roadmap, and long‑term evolution of ServiceNow for Data Center Operations, Facilities, and Technical Platform Services.
  • Own governance for all operational platform decisions, including workflow design, module usage, and data standards.
  • Identify new operational capabilities and continuous improvement opportunities in partnership with Operations leadership.
  • Own and manage the operational enhancement backlog.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Data Center Operations and Facilities leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Platform Lead roles.
  • Deep, hands‑on expertise with ServiceNow FSM, TPSM, and ITSM modules.
  • Experience supporting data center operations or infrastructure‑based services.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal daily instruction in complex environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting global or multi‑site data center environments.
  • Familiarity with CSDM and operational CMDB models.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CIS (ITSM, FSM, TPSM).
