Compensation: $139,600 – $357,500 (Total Target Compensation range based on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of system analysts while overseeing daily operations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to influence key decisions.
• Participate in scrum planning, design sessions, and architecture review meetings.
• Identify business process inefficiencies and design automated solutions or workflows.
• Improve team documentation standards and overall intake process efficiency.
• Communicate project progress and status updates effectively to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 8+ years of experience in the software industry as a Business or Systems Analyst.
• 2+ years of leadership experience as a Manager of analysts, architects, or developers.
• Deep knowledge of integration designs, REST APIs, JSON, Swagger, and YAML.
• Proficiency with SQL, data analysis, and diagramming tools like UML.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a proactive approach to time management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce and integration platforms, specifically MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of RAML (RESTful API Modeling Language).
