What you will do

• Conduct security and IT due diligence on potential acquisitions, partnerships, and vendor engagements.
• Lead integration of IT systems and security practices for acquired companies, ensuring compliance with hirify.global’s security standards.
• Drive technical project execution across M&A transactions, advocating for technical actions and aligning technology stacks.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Security, IT, Engineering, Corporate Development, and Product teams on requirements and timelines.
• Continuously improve internal workflows through automation, AI-enabled tooling, and reporting mechanisms.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and work remotely from there.
• 4+ years of experience in security, engineering, IT, technical project management, or M&A integration roles.
• 2+ years of experience defining or executing technical scopes in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Deep expertise in at least one area such as IAM, IT systems management, application security, DevOps/SRE, vulnerability management, security architecture, or cloud/datacenter security.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, network infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and regulatory considerations.
• Experience leveraging automation and AI to improve technical workflows.

• Prior experience in cryptocurrency or fintech.
