What you will do

• Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT) and asynchronous learning materials aligned with adult learning principles
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and stakeholders to define course content and scope
• Create course outlines, slide decks, lab guides, facilitator guides, and supporting assets
• Incorporate technical feedback and ensure materials meet accessibility and quality standards
• Use AI tools to support drafting and content refinement while maintaining instructional quality
• Maintain and update courses based on feedback and evolving product requirements

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or authorized to work remotely within the US
• Experience in instructional design and curriculum development for ILT and eLearning courses
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Rise, SCORM packaging, and LMS platforms
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance content development workflows
• Strong project management, communication skills, and attention to detail
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts preferred
