What you will do

• Develop and extend tool systems tailored for digital content creation packages.
• Solve daily technical bottlenecks to ensure content creation teams work efficiently.
• Act as a mentor to guide and develop the skills of junior programmers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are robust and effective.
• Write clear, maintainable, and decoupled code while maintaining system documentation.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in game development.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK for this onsite position.
• Significant professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Visual Studio and Perforce version control.
• Experience working with digital content creation tools like 3DS Max, Maya, or Photoshop.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and balance shifting priorities.
• Experience in mentoring and supporting junior team members.
