What you will do
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to drive engagement and bookings.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns and coordinate high-quality photo and video content production.
- Drive table reservations and proactively fill the restaurant calendar by managing special offers and seasonal events.
- Conduct cold outreach to corporate clients to secure business breakfasts, lunches, and team-building events.
- Prepare tailored commercial proposals and negotiate event formats, budgets, and menus with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of events and high guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, including cold calling and direct outreach.
- Fluency in English and Greek is strictly required.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with an ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work on-site and maintain a flexible schedule to meet operational needs.
Nice to have
- Professional background in the hospitality, restaurant, or events industry.
- Direct experience in selling banquet or event services.
- Existing network of local corporate contacts in Cyprus.
