What you will do

• Lead and mentor the IT team (Cyber Security, IAM, and Network engineers) to define operational standards.
• Ensure reliability and security of internal infrastructure, network environments, and office connectivity.
• Strengthen internal IT security including EDR/XDR, SIEM, and device management operations.
• Manage SaaS governance, vendor relationships, and IT budget allocation.
• Support audit readiness and maintain compliance for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards.
• Drive automation in provisioning workflows and service management metrics.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in Internal IT, Infrastructure, or System Administration.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Solid expertise in Identity & Access Management (SSO, MFA, RBAC).
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms and infrastructure security.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Ability to be based on-site in Barcelona.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-scaling tech companies or zero-trust environments.
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or CCNA.
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with ISO 27001/SOC 2 implementation.
