What you will do
- Monitor and supervise the performance of local payment partners in real-time.
- Manage technical alerts and communicate with providers to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Adhere to escalation policies to address downtime in an efficient manner.
- Generate internal and external incident reports.
- Maintain a methodical approach to service delivery and incident prioritization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field completed or in progress.
- Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish proficiency required.
- Ability to remain effective and calm during system downtimes.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis tools (Kibana, Looker, Coralogix).
- Must be available for flexible scheduling to handle incident support.
