What you will do

• Own and deliver the Compliance Infrastructure vision and roadmap, ensuring scalability and security across product lines.
• Drive compliance product requirements by engaging stakeholders and proposing effective solutions balancing compliance and user experience.
• Prioritize product backlog to maximize value delivery and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Ensure infrastructure integrity and uptime of core compliance systems like transaction monitoring and KYC/KYB engines.
• Provide data-driven insights to enhance product functionality and operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with engineers to design and implement new features and controls.

Requirements

• Location: UK, US, or EU
• Strong domain knowledge in Financial Crime, AML, or Fraud with experience in fintech/payments.
• Experience building audit-ready infrastructure supporting regulatory audits across US and EU jurisdictions.
• Proven leadership managing high-performance teams in complex regulatory environments.
• Experience or passion for AI and machine learning technologies.
• Understanding of both fiat and crypto payments.
