What you will do

• Collaborate with security and AI vendors on technical integrations, solution design, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Lead automation projects using PowerShell, RESTful APIs, Python, and related technologies, delivering sample code, prototypes, and proofs of concept.
• Develop prototypes of integration possibilities leveraging state-of-the-art coding tools and AI assistants.
• Identify and evaluate new alliance partners, particularly in the AI and security domains, and develop proposals for joint development.
• Act as the technical subject matter expert and primary technical point of contact for key security partnerships and integrations.
• Represent hirify.global at global security industry events and webinars, showcasing our expertise in security, resilience, and AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Product Manager, or similar, within tech.
• Proven expertise in automation and scripting (PowerShell, RESTful APIs, Python, etc.).
• Proven knowledge of coding leveraging modern technologies such as Claude Code, GitHub, Co-Pilot or similar.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and practical experience with implementation (e.g., MCP or similar platforms).
• Willingness to travel globally (10–30%) to represent hirify.global at industry events and webinars (EMEA and US).
