What you will do

• Design, architect, and deliver scalable, near real-time streaming data solutions.
• Translate business needs into efficient data models for big data environments.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks by optimizing slow queries.
• Develop, test, and deploy clean, scalable code using Scala, Python, and SQL.
• Solve complex data challenges by architecting pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Mentor team members through collaborative feedback and code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with near real-time analytics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a modern programming language such as Scala, Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Strong experience in designing complex data processing pipelines.
• Advanced data modeling skills including star schema and dimensional modeling in AWS Redshift.
• Experience maintaining and shipping production-grade code.
