What you will do

• Produce and edit social-first storytelling optimized for TikTok and Instagram.
• Translate editorial coverage into platform-native vertical video using original and archival material.
• Manage post-production workflows including templates, graphics packages, and publishing handoffs.
• Partner with editorial teams to create content supporting events, interviews, and cultural moments.
• Assist on field shoots by capturing footage and directing talent when necessary.
• Collaborate with Audience Development to track performance and refine creative strategy.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social-first video within a media or editorial environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects for motion graphics.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram editorial language, including pacing and trends.
• Experience capturing footage in the field with attention to audio and visual fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
