What you will do

• Concept, shoot, and edit social-first content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop authentic, platform-native content ideas that align brand purpose with current social trends.
• Create lo-fi, high-impact assets using a mix of smartphone and DSLR production setups.
• Manage end-to-end content production, including storyboarding, reactive trend coverage, and multi-format adaptation.
• Collaborate with social media managers to align creative output with campaign calendars and community engagement goals.
• Utilize Gen AI tools to support ideation, visual references, and post-production workflows.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in social content creation with a portfolio demonstrating genuine audience engagement.
• Strong technical confidence in filming and editing using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and what drives content virality.
• Ability to work at social speed with a proactive, creative approach to tight deadlines.
• English proficiency required.
• Interest in inclusive content creation and authentic storytelling.
