What you will do

• Drive the implementation of data governance policies and frameworks within the Finance business line following Data Mesh principles.
• Develop and operationalize data governance standards to enhance data quality, lineage, and accessibility.
• Monitor and measure data governance adherence while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and internal/external stakeholders for data management workflows.
• Lead metadata management, data cataloging initiatives, and programs to identify and remediate data quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3-4 years in a dedicated data governance and management role.
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles, specifically in federated or Data Mesh environments.
• Familiarity with database technologies and ETL processes.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• CDMP accreditation or deep familiarity with the DAMA DMBOK framework.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence-related topics.
