What you will do
- Design and maintain the architectural blueprint for all IT Service Management tooling and data.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable and compliant architectural designs for IT4IT.
- Govern and enrich CMDB data by federating information from multiple sources.
- Co-lead squad triangles to manage IT services while balancing business priorities and technical feasibility.
- Mentor and coach teams on architectural implementation and DevOps maturity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to align visions and roadmaps.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the Netherlands with legal work authorization.
- 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in IT service delivery, solution architecture, or business analysis.
- Deep knowledge of ITSM/ITIL principles and tooling in both SaaS and on-premises environments.
- Strong experience with CMDB modeling, service taxonomy, and service catalog design.
- Experience with Azure integration services and data platforms (e.g., Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory).
- Understanding of Azure security frameworks including Entra ID, RBAC, and network security.
Nice to have
- Previous experience within financial services or complex enterprise organizations.
- Ability to govern API-first backends with knowledge of REST, security, and throttling.
