Salary: €5,876 – €8,395 gross monthly.

What you will do

• Design and maintain the architectural blueprint for all IT Service Management tooling and data.
• Translate functional requirements into scalable and compliant architectural designs for IT4IT.
• Govern and enrich CMDB data by federating information from multiple sources.
• Co-lead squad triangles to manage IT services while balancing business priorities and technical feasibility.
• Mentor and coach teams on architectural implementation and DevOps maturity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to align visions and roadmaps.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Netherlands with legal work authorization.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in IT service delivery, solution architecture, or business analysis.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM/ITIL principles and tooling in both SaaS and on-premises environments.
• Strong experience with CMDB modeling, service taxonomy, and service catalog design.
• Experience with Azure integration services and data platforms (e.g., Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory).
• Understanding of Azure security frameworks including Entra ID, RBAC, and network security.

Nice to have

• Previous experience within financial services or complex enterprise organizations.
• Ability to govern API-first backends with knowledge of REST, security, and throttling.
