What you will do

• Define and maintain the overall technical vision and system architecture aligned with business goals.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Provide technical guidance and promote best practices in architecture, coding, and DevOps.
• Evaluate technologies and tools to improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Oversee implementation of architectural decisions and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Architect in enterprise system design.
• Background in the insurance or financial services domain.
• Expertise in Java Enterprise Edition, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-native and serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with API Management and frontend integration patterns.
• Understanding of TDD, BDD, Kanban, or XP methodologies.
