What you will do
- Define and maintain the overall technical vision and system architecture aligned with business goals.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Provide technical guidance and promote best practices in architecture, coding, and DevOps.
- Evaluate technologies and tools to improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Oversee implementation of architectural decisions and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Architect in enterprise system design.
- Background in the insurance or financial services domain.
- Expertise in Java Enterprise Edition, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud-native and serverless architectures.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Familiarity with API Management and frontend integration patterns.
- Understanding of TDD, BDD, Kanban, or XP methodologies.
