What you will do

• Own and evolve the architecture of a specific product domain within the hirify.global Cloud Platform.
• Translate product requirements into clear architectural designs and implementation strategies.
• Define service boundaries, domain models, data flows, and integration contracts.
• Lead key architectural decisions regarding API design, persistence, reliability, and performance.
• Review and validate architectural designs to ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with platform architects and senior engineers to align on cross-cutting decisions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in software engineering and system design for complex systems.
• Proven track record of owning architecture within a product or domain.
• Ability to balance immediate delivery needs with long-term sustainability.
• Experience facilitating architectural decision-making across teams.
• Comfortable working in an evolving environment where standards are still being defined.
