What you will do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot.
Build and enhance microservices architectures deployed within Azure Cloud environments.
Integrate AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities such as chatbots and RAG pipelines into production applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and project modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and enforce code quality.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and optimize backend performance.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Java development.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
Practical experience integrating AI/ML solutions or REST-based AI APIs.
Must be based in the Philippines.
Ability to work without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

Experience with Generative AI use cases or RAG pipelines.
Azure certifications.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
