What you will do

• Define technical principles and architecture patterns for the XTM Integration team.
• Drive the evolution of the shared connector framework for OpenCTI, OpenAEV, and OpenGRC.
• Act as a technical steward for the open-source integration ecosystem.
• Write production code, perform deep PR reviews, and prototype new approaches.
• Collaborate with the XTM Foundation to maintain cross-product engineering standards.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the growth of the global engineering team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in Python and its ecosystem including packaging, async patterns, and performance.
• Solid understanding of data pipeline patterns, event-driven architecture, and API design.
• Strong open-source mindset with a focus on documentation and developer experience.
• Excellent written communication skills for technical design and documentation.
• Proven ability to define and carry technical standards across a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with cybersecurity tooling like SIEM, EDR, or SOAR.
• Knowledge of STIX/TAXII or other CTI standards.
• Prior open-source maintainership experience.
