What you will do
- Define technical principles and architecture patterns for the XTM Integration team.
- Drive the evolution of the shared connector framework for OpenCTI, OpenAEV, and OpenGRC.
- Act as a technical steward for the open-source integration ecosystem.
- Write production code, perform deep PR reviews, and prototype new approaches.
- Collaborate with the XTM Foundation to maintain cross-product engineering standards.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to the growth of the global engineering team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python and its ecosystem including packaging, async patterns, and performance.
- Solid understanding of data pipeline patterns, event-driven architecture, and API design.
- Strong open-source mindset with a focus on documentation and developer experience.
- Excellent written communication skills for technical design and documentation.
- Proven ability to define and carry technical standards across a team.
Nice to have
- Experience with cybersecurity tooling like SIEM, EDR, or SOAR.
- Knowledge of STIX/TAXII or other CTI standards.
- Prior open-source maintainership experience.
