What you will do

• Guide customers through the end-to-end design, implementation, and configuration of their on-premise platforms.
• Manage and resolve complex technical infrastructure issues and perform regular health checks.
• Collaborate with product and solution engineering teams to address design requests and improve architectural standards.
• Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive architecture documentation for all stakeholders.
• Provide advisory support during pre-sales processes regarding infrastructure and security requirements.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Arabic required.
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
• Extensive experience with on-premise infrastructure including servers, networking, and virtualization.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture, Helm, and containerization tools like Docker or Podman.
• Background in customer-facing technical roles with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, async-first environment.

• Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry.
