Automation QA Engineer

What you will do

• Build and maintain Playwright E2E test framework including page objects and test data management
• Write TypeScript-based E2E tests for critical user workflows
• Establish and enforce coverage thresholds in CI pipelines
• Develop API-level integration tests for tRPC endpoints
• Contribute to testing strategy across multiple solution packages in a monorepo
• Collaborate with developers in an agile team to ensure testability from design phase

Requirements

• Location: Candidates from Poland, Romania, Brazil, or Colombia
• 3+ years TypeScript proficiency
• Experience with Playwright, Vitest or Jest, React Testing Library
• Understanding of Page Object Model and REST/RPC API testing
• Experience with Git, GitHub Actions, and monorepo architectures
• English: Upper-intermediate or advanced for daily communication with US team

Nice to have

• Experience with tRPC and Drizzle ORM or similar TypeScript ORM
• Knowledge of microfrontend architecture and Storybook/visual regression testing
• Accessibility testing automation experience
• Setting up coverage thresholds and quality gates in CI
• Familiarity with Zustand and TanStack Query
