What you will do

• Define and implement AI-assisted engineering standards, including code generation, PR reviews, and testing workflows.
• Lead AI transformation engagements for clients, assessing workflows and identifying productivity improvements.
• Design AI-native development ecosystems and agent-based production workflows.
• Advise CTOs and VP Engineering stakeholders on AI adoption strategy and operating models.
• Build and refine repeatable AI engineering playbooks and consulting frameworks.
• Mentor senior engineering staff and client teams on the effective use of AI tools.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in cloud-native environments.
• Proven experience leading or influencing engineering productivity and platform improvements.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI-assisted tools in production workflows.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, testing strategies, and modern development lifecycles.
• Ability to influence technical direction and advise executive stakeholders without direct authority.
• Location eligibility: Must be based in Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Brazil, or Colombia.
