• Develop and execute conversion-focused SEO strategies that drive not just traffic, but measurable business outcomes
• Build and scale programmatic SEO systems and large-scale content frameworks
• Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4, configure event tracking, and design attribution models
• Create dashboards and reports to track performance, using tools like Looker, BigQuery, or similar
• Design and optimize conversion funnels; plan and run A/B tests and growth experiments
• Monitor and adapt to modern search trends — AI search, LLM-driven discovery, zero-click results
• Experiment with visibility across AI-powered search ecosystems (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, and development teams Requirements
• 2+ years of commercial experience with SEO
• Hands-on experience with programmatic SEO or managing large-scale content systems
• Proficiency with GA4 setup, event tracking, and conversion tracking frameworks
• Knowledge of CRO methodologies, landing page optimization, and experimentation
• Familiarity with AI-driven search ecosystems and LLM-based content discovery
• English level B2 or higher — ability to work with English-language content and documentation Nice to Have
• Experience with pSEO frameworks or marketplace SEO
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and understanding of site architecture
• Background in B2B SaaS or developer-focused products
• Experience integrating analytics tools with data warehouses or product analytics platforms What We Offer
