What you will do

  • Oversee the intake, triage, and scoping of brand marketing content requests to ensure complete briefs and realistic timelines.
  • Coordinate complex content projects across diverse internal teams, including Creative, Campaigns, Product Marketing, and Digital.
  • Track project schedules and workbacks while flagging risks, dependencies, or scope changes to stakeholders.
  • Write, edit, and optimize marketing assets including web pages, emails, blogs, and event collateral.
  • Leverage generative and agentic AI tools to assist in content ideation, creation, and optimization while ensuring high editorial standards.
  • Maintain and improve documentation, templates, and workflows to enhance consistency and delivery speed.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in content marketing or integrated marketing, preferably in B2B technology.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada.
  • Strong writing and editorial skills with a focus on producing customer-facing marketing content.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects using workflow or ticketing tools like Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
  • Hands-on experience applying generative and agentic AI tools for content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and agencies.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing or collaborating with external agencies and freelancers.
  • Familiarity with editorial review processes and brand guideline governance.
  • Prior experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing.
