What you will do

  • Lead and support transformation initiatives to optimize operating and delivery models across Product Development.
  • Identify organizational bottlenecks and cultural barriers using diagnostic tools to co-create scalable solutions.
  • Partner with leadership to align strategy with execution using OKRs and lean portfolio management.
  • Design organizational structures and processes that strengthen collaboration, compliance, and delivery effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops to drive alignment, decision-making agility, and mindset shifts among senior leaders and teams.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, radical simplicity, and autonomy while integrating frameworks like ITIL.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business or digital transformation, consulting, or organizational change.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, organizational agility, and operating model design.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, agile at scale, and OKRs.
  • Skilled facilitator capable of leading workshops and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose organizational challenges and translate insights into actionable solutions.
  • Outcome-oriented mindset with a focus on impact, simplicity, and continuous improvement.
