A leading international iGaming operator is seeking an experienced Gaming Country Manager to join their team in Malta and drive the strategic growth and commercial success of their gaming product across the UK and European markets.

This is a senior leadership position offering the opportunity to shape regional strategy, influence commercial performance, and lead a high-performing team within a highly respected global organisation.

What you’ll be responsible for:
✅ Driving market growth and commercial performance across the UK & Europe
✅ Translating regional strategy into country-level execution plans
✅ Managing market P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI delivery
✅ Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming standards
✅ Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team
✅ Using data and market insights to optimise performance and identify opportunities
✅ Managing key internal and external stakeholders across multiple markets

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Strong experience within the iGaming industry
✔️ Proven success in market growth, commercial strategy, or business development roles
✔️ Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and commercial KPIs
✔️ Strong leadership and people management capabilities
✔️ Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance and player protection frameworks
✔️ Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
✔️ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✔️ Experience with performance analysis tools and continuous improvement initiatives
