What you will do
- Manage the full cycle of traffic acquisition from launch to optimization and growth.
- Test new features, creatives, and beta ad networks to expand outreach.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to perform statistical A/B testing.
- Plan and execute campaigns to meet spend and profitability targets.
- Drive performance through data-driven insights and continuous testing of new approaches.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition.
- Proven ability to plan, launch, and scale performance campaigns.
- Proficiency with ad platforms such as TikTok, Moloco, Meta, or Google Ads.
- Strong analytical mindset for ROI forecasting and performance optimization.
- English: B1 level required (eager to reach C1).
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
