TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Riga (Hybrid)

Salary: 2,000–2,500 EUR Gross/month

What you will do

  • Conduct research and drive outbound prospecting into enterprise-level global merchants.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline via email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking.
  • Qualify inbound leads against the defined ideal customer profile.
  • Communicate payment solution value propositions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize accounts and schedule discovery meetings.
  • Represent the company at industry events and professional gatherings.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in commercial, sales, outbound, or lead-generation roles.
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs related to pipeline creation.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with high-activity outreach.
  • Highly organized and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach cadences effectively.

Nice to have

  • Background in payments, fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce.
  • Experience prospecting into enterprise or mid-market companies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce and outreach platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital commerce trends.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
