The Support & Service Team in Riga is hiring a Head of Sales to lead the global sales strategy and directly drive revenue growth.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute global sales strategy
• Drive revenue and achieve commercial targets
• Lead high-value negotiations and strategic partnerships
• Oversee platform solution sales and pricing models
• Build and scale an international sales team
• Optimize CRM, KPIs, and funnel performance
• Align with Product & Marketing
• Represent the company at industry events
✅ Requirements:
• 7+ years in B2B sales, 3+ years in a sales leadership role
• Strong experience in B2B SaaS / platform-based models
• Deep understanding of iGaming platforms, integrations & operator ecosystems
• Proven C-level negotiation skills
• Strong forecasting & pipeline management
• Fluent English (C1+)
