OTM Sr Consultant (ERP/CRM): Responsible for supporting and delivering transportation solutions within Oracle Transportation Manager, covering key functionalities such as Order Management and Supply Chain Visibility with an accent on managing customer work packages. Focus on solution design services and development of the transport solution for a broad range of projects and Support.
Location: Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Bolivia

What you will do
- Gather requirements and provide solution design services for transportation solutions.
- Manage the implementation of IT project work packages.
- Provide IT support for live customers, including change requests and new releases.
- Build effective relationships with business and IT teams.
- Develop test scenarios and scripts, and support user acceptance testing.
- Document user training materials for internal and customer teams.
Requirements
- Good understanding of transportation customer requirements and technical capabilities of solutions like OTM and Kewill.
- Good knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- General understanding of transport-related ancillary systems and B2B integrations.
- Experience participating in and organizing workshops & events.
- Experience implementing Transport solutions in latest Oracle Cloud in at least two different regions.
- Years of Experience: 5-8 Years | 3-4 Full Life Cycle Implementation (At least one Implementation in Agile/DevOps) in Oracle Cloud.
Nice to have
- Preparation of solution design proposals from a commercial and technical perspective.
- Experience advising / consulting to external customers.
- Ability to Coordinate, direct and oversee work package delivered by Specialists and/or suppliers.
