What you will do

• Develop and execute financial strategy in alignment with long-term company goals.
• Lead the fundraising pipeline, including investor outreach, pitch decks, and closing capital commitments.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Manage capital structure, cash flow, and liquidity to support growth and expansion.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS reporting standards and internal controls.
• Report financial results and strategic insights to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a high-growth tech environment.
• Deep understanding of venture capital, financial markets, and international investment landscapes.
• Extensive experience in fundraising and managing relationships with VCs and strategic partners.
• Strong expertise in IFRS accounting standards and risk management.
• Proven ability to manage financial systems and scale operations in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.

Nice to have

• CPA, CFA, or MBA certification.
• Previous experience leading an IPO process.
