What you will do

• Adapt creative content for various markets, considering hooks, tone of voice, and cultural context.
• Analyze what works by looking at metrics, comparing competitor approaches, and proposing hypotheses for testing.
• Ensure quality by initiating translations, briefing translators, controlling deadlines, and proofreading localized materials.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in localization or translation management.
• English: B2+ required, and knowledge of at least one of the target languages: Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian.
• Sense of effective content, understanding the difference between engaging creativity and what gets lost.
• Basic understanding of TMS platforms (CrowdIn, Lokalise, or willingness to learn quickly).

Nice to have

• Analytical mindset: ability to read metrics and draw conclusions based on data.
• Experience with localized creative or marketing materials.
• Experience with AI tools for translation (DeepL, ChatGPT, Claude).
• Interest in marketing and understanding why some texts work while others don't.
