IT Analyst (Fintech): Analyzing and processing large datasets in the Credit Risk domain to support business decisions with an accent on SQL-based data analysis and requirements translation. Location: Must work from the office in Gdańsk at least 2 days per week

Salary: 800 - 1050 PLN/day

What you will do

• Analyze complex datasets using SQL to drive technical and business decisions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed high-level and low-level solution designs.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Support all phases of testing including Unit, System, and end-to-end UAT.
• Validate data quality and consistency across delivered solutions.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and delivery processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and at least 4 years in a Data or Business Analyst role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and handling large datasets.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in supporting testing processes like UT, ST, and UAT.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Functional knowledge of the Credit Risk domain.
• Experience creating and validating functional test cases.
• Practical knowledge of Python and/or SAS.
