What you will do
- Identify and partner with high-potential telcos and System Integrators to drive indirect growth across emerging markets.
- Generate leads through outbound activities, prospecting tools, and partner networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospect discovery and lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for strategic and new acquisition customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-led solutions centered around secure connectivity and digital workplace offerings.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce to ensure reliable revenue and EBITDA forecasting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic account management and new business acquisition.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian and broader ASEAN enterprise landscape and market dynamics.
- Ability to navigate complex sales environments, influence decision-makers, and shape the adoption of technical solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-geography and cross-cultural business relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, storytelling, and effective written communication.
- Resilience and a results-driven hunter mentality in a fast-paced growth environment.
