Compensation: $166,000 – $218,400

What you will do

• Present hirify.global technology and vision to executive stakeholders and technical teams.
• Partner with Practice Directors to scope proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) for custom projects.
• Deliver on-site technical workshops, design sessions, and deep-dive POCs.
• Collaborate with sales executives on account strategy and opportunity development.
• Create repeatable processes and documentation to accelerate solution adoption.
• Evangelize hirify.global technology through public-facing technical content.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or solutions architecture.
• At least 2 years of practical, hands-on hirify.global experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in data analytics stacks, including SQL, ETL, and data warehousing.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Spark.
• Proven ability to engage audiences ranging from developers to C-suite executives.

Nice to have

• Big 5 consulting experience.
• Expertise in specific verticals like Financial Services, Retail, or Healthcare.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or MicroStrategy.
• Relevant technical certifications in cloud or data technologies.
