What you will do

• Define and maintain the human factors process for HealthCast projects.
• Apply human-centered design principles to both software and hardware medical devices.
• Design and execute research methodologies for usability validation and user need investigation.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers on journey maps, user personas, and design briefs.
• Identify and analyze use-related risks to inform design direction.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to ensure successful product launch and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the medical device industry in systems, digital, or software development.
• Experience in at least 5 major product or portfolio releases.
• Proven ability to understand complex system behaviors and engineering constraints.
• Robust design portfolio demonstrating past user-centered work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
