What you will do

• Create and deliver advanced trading web and mobile experiences, translating complex trading concepts and real-time market data into intuitive workflows.
• Lead design projects from concept to launch, including design sprints, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn user insights and business needs into product hypotheses.
• Design interfaces that visualize and structure high-frequency market data, order book depth, and price movements.
• Conduct user research to validate and iterate on designs, ensuring they meet user needs and align with product strategy.
• Support peers, contribute to design maturity, and act as a strong voice for user experience across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products with high-density data and real-time information in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, trading platforms, or other data-heavy environments.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Miro, and JIRA, and modern design systems and processes.
• Understanding of key trading concepts such as order types, order books, liquidity, and charting tools.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to define project goals and balance user needs with business goals.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
